Elmer Carroll
1952-2025
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Joseph
Elmer Carroll, a loving husband, father, grandfather and great
grandfather at the age of 73. Born on May 7th, 1952, Elmer passed away
peacefully on May 10th, 2025.
Elmer was a devoted family
man who cherished his time with his wife, Donna. He found immense joy
in playing with his grandchildren and great grandchildren, creating
lasting memories filled with laughter and love.
A man of
simple pleasures. He spent many years creating lasting friendships
with his co-workers at O’Neill and Son Fisheries. Elmer had
a passion for the open road and the freedom of riding his
Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Whether cruising along scenic routes or
embarking on adventurous road trips, Elmer loved nothing better than
planning a road trip with Donna by his side.

their deepest gratitude to the compassionate staff and Dr. Gerard
Losier at Percy’s Place for the exceptional care, comfort,
and kindness they provided during Elmer’s final days. Your
